MAKE A PLAN - This is how you reach your goals!

Want to know why we "fall off" our routines for our health and fitness? It's because we don't have a PLAN! Life is crazy, you have work, friends, family, kids & you put all of their needs before your own, and that is amazing!! But you get tired, and overwhelmed, and eventually need to take care of yourself! The only way you can be a superstar mom, dad, employee, friend, business owner, etc is if you have the energy & positivity to do so and you need to fuel your body to set yourself up for success!

If you are fueling your body with  crap, you will feel like crap. So make a plan!

If you run out of time to exercise, it's because you didn't have plan!

If you are making excuses, it's because you didn't have a plan!

Plan year meals, plan your workouts, & even make a backup plan. It is snowing and super cold, are you going to the gym? (you know that's coming soon people) I honestly wouldn't, so have a back up at home workout plan!
