The Best Slow Cooker Chili Recipe

Okay, so Ryan and I have tried soooo many different chili recipes. We like it flavorful and not too spicy. We like it more thick rather than a soup. We have settled on this being our absolute favorite recipe! It's such an easy dinner and a pretty healthy choice too :) It's perfect for this freezing April day. I wish the weather would get nice already :(

The Best Crockpot Chili
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1/2 lb Italian Sausage, Ground
  • 1 (14.5 oz) Can Diced Tomato
  • 1 (14.5 oz) Can Rotel, mild
  • 1 (6 oz) Can Tomato Paste
  • 2 Cans Chili Beans (or Great Northern or Red Kidney)
  • 2 Green Pepper, diced
  • 1/2 Onion, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, diced
  • 2 cubes Beef Bouillon
  • 2 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Cumin, ground
  • 1/2 tsp Basil, ground
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese
Brown beef and sausage.Add all ingredients to slow cooker.Cook on low for 8 hours or 4 hours on high.Top with cheese and serve warm.

Optional: Noodles to serve chili over and Fritos to top with!
